Information you choose to share
When you contact Matt Love, you provide your name, email address, optional organization, and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible coaching engagement. Please do not include confidential organizational information or sensitive personal details.
How your inquiry is handled
This website is hosted by Netlify. Email inquiries are handled through the practice’s Google Workspace inbox. The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiries.
These providers process information needed to provide their services. Hosting and email services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request details, and delivery records, to operate and protect the website and email service. Provider processing and storage locations depend on their infrastructure and account settings and may be outside your country.
Read more in the Netlify privacy policy and Google Cloud privacy notice. These services have their own policies for technical logs, backups, and deletion.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics are currently disabled. The website does not use advertising trackers or set advertising cookies.
Retention
Unanswered inquiries are retained in the practice’s inbox for up to 12 months from receipt, then deleted. Correspondence that becomes part of an ongoing coaching relationship is kept as needed to manage that relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have shared by emailing matt@wmattlove.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Inquiry details are used for responding and managing the relationship, rather than being added to a marketing mailing list.
